Are you so good at walking on eggshells you could turn it into a Cirque du Soleil performance?
Do you use the four-letter F-word a lot?
“I’m fine.”
Even when you’re anything but.

Perhaps there’s a conversation you keep replaying, a decision you can’t quite make, a relationship that has gotten increasingly difficult, or something happened that left you wondering, Wait. What just happened here?
You may have a pretty good idea of what’s bothering you, but you’re so close to it that everything has started running together. What happened yesterday gets mixed up with what you’re afraid might happen tomorrow. What somebody said gets tangled up with what you think they meant. Then there’s what you wish you’d said, what you’re tempted to say now, and what you’re wondering whether you should say at all.
That’s where the phoropter comes in.
We can take what’s happening and look at it through different lenses. What do we know? What don’t we know? What can you control? What needs your attention right now?
You might look through a lens I offer and immediately think, Nope. That’s not it at all. Good. That’s useful information, too. Or something may come into better focus and give you a little more clarity about what you’re seeing.
I’m not here to hand you my prescription for your life.
I bring the lenses. You do the looking.
If you’d like to explore one-on-one coaching with me, send me a note and tell me a little bit about what’s happening.
I personally read every inquiry and will get back to you.
A real person reads this, and that person is me.
